Who we are

D'VNC is a strategy consultancy. This policy explains how we handle personal information you share with us through this website. If you have any questions or wish to exercise your data rights, contact us at privacy@dvnc.com.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The primary campaign goal you select
  • The estimated budget range you select
  • The message you write to us
  • The date and time of your submission

We use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Pinterest Tag, Snapchat Pixel, and Reddit Pixel to measure campaign effectiveness, understand which campaigns bring visitors to the site, and build advertising audiences where permitted. LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit load only after you explicitly consent to marketing cookies. Meta and TikTok base tags are embedded in the site entry page, while their configured standard conversion events are controlled by the marketing-consent setting. Reddit’s current standard events are PageVisit, ViewContent, and Lead; Snapchat’s are PAGE_VIEW, VIEW_CONTENT, and SIGN_UP.

Cookies & similar technologies

We group the tools we may use into three categories:

  • Strictly necessary — small pieces of local storage required for the site to function (for example, remembering your cookie preferences and supporting form submission). These are always on and do not require consent.
  • Analytics — aggregate, anonymized measurement of which pages and services interest visitors. Off by default. None are active today.
  • Marketing — pixels from advertising platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit, that let us measure which campaigns brought visitors to our site, track conversions, and reach similar audiences. The marketing-consent setting controls standard conversion events and the dynamically loaded LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit pixels. Meta and TikTok base tags are embedded in the site entry page; their configured standard conversion events remain controlled by the marketing-consent setting. When marketing consent is granted, these tools may track standard events such as page views, form submissions, service page visits, and confirmed inquiries.

The first time you visit, you'll see a banner asking you to accept, reject, or customize these categories. You can change your preferences at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in our footer.

Why we collect it

We process this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry about working with us. We process it because you have voluntarily contacted us about our services — this is the lawful basis for our use of your data.

How long we keep it

We retain contact submissions for 24 months from the date you submitted the form. After that, your submission is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. If our engagement progresses into a contract, separate retention rules apply and will be set out in that contract.

Who else sees it

Your information is stored on our backend infrastructure provider and delivered to us through our email provider. Both act as data processors under contract — they may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any other third party.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data ("right to erasure")
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Object to our processing of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your jurisdiction

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@dvnc.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Only authorised D'VNC personnel can view contact submissions.
